Shipping
We ship paddles with care and craftsmanship—but once they leave our hands, we’re not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or any wild adventures your package may have with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order. We are not liable for incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or stolen packages.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders:
If you're outside of Canada, please email or call us before placing your order. Additional fees, duties, and restrictions may apply, and we want to make sure everything runs smoothly (and legally).
We do not cover international shipping costs for returns or warranty issues.

Let’s not turn this into a personal challenge. If something’s genuinely wrong, we want to make it right.
We proudly stand behind the workmanship and materials of our paddles for one year from the date of purchase. If you believe you’ve got a defective paddle, reach out to us first. Don’t just send it back—we’re a small team, not a warehouse maze.
Please note:

Racing paddles are not covered under warranty. They are built for speed, not forgiveness.

Normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, improper storage, impact damage (rocks, vehicles, etc.), or alterations void the warranty.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to inspect and determine if a return or replacement is warranted.

Proof of purchase is required.
